Its focus is on multifaceted relationships with many stakeholder groups: especially
with employees, customers, business partners, investors and broadly defined local communities.
Meetings
with young people
Effector is involved in projects with young people in mind and with their direct involvement. The company is keen to host young people at its premises, to give them a tour of the plant and to demonstrate the production stages of individual products.
Educational projects
Children and young people from primary, middle and secondary schools in the Świętokrzyskie region took part in the ‘Safe Water’ educational project. Practical and theoretical classes consisted of reminding and reinforcing the most important rules of safe stay around the water. The high number of drownings of children and young people up to the age of 18 during the summer prompted the organisers to carry out a series of training sessions. Effector was involved in the project.
Cooperation
with children’s homes
The company has been involved in helping an orphanage for many years. The facility receives everyday items and equipment from the company, essential for its proper functioning. These include furniture, computers and telephones, as well as clothing, toys and sweets. The children take part in company events (e.g. Christmas Eve dinners, family fetes) and also receive subsidised trips and holidays.
The company also supports a campaign to collect plastic bottle tops, the proceeds of which go to fund children’s homes.
Cooperation
with the Świętokrzyska University of Technology
The company carries out interesting projects with the Kielce University of Technology as part of joint activities. It co-finances selected projects carried out by the university and organises student internships at a company-owned workplace.
Cooperation
with institutions
Effector gets involved in activities organised together with non-public social welfare institutions, being one of the partners of the projects. The company helps to implement projects prepared for the charges of these centres, such as meetings, events and building renovations.
