Innovative Economy Operational Programme Measure 6.1 Passport to export
The project is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund.
The main objective of the project is to intensify export activities and the promotion of the company’s brand and image abroad. Thus, this project is aimed in particular at increasing the level of export in the company’s total sales and intensifying links with foreign partners. As part of the project, the following are planned:
- Participation in 5 foreign trade fair and exhibition events and the search for and selection of partners on target markets
- Participation in 5 foreign trade fair and exhibition events and the search for and selection of partners on target markets
- Start of export activities in 4 markets (Dutch, French, Romanian and Serbian)
- Development of export activities on 3 markets (Russian, German, British)
The project is planned to be implemented from 01.01.2012 to 31.12.2013.

Innovative Economy Operational Programme Measure 8.2 Supporting the implementation of B2B electronic business
Effector S.A. has completed a project entitled “Implementation of a web-based B2B system integrating the management of production processes for electronic data exchange between Effector S.A. and business partners”, funded under the Innovative Economy Operational Programme, Measure 8.2 Support for the implementation of B2B electronic business.
The project aims to implement a CAD class system that will assist us in the design, pricing, production and sale of aluminium joinery and cladding frames. The new system is equipped with a graphical environment, which, with the help of predefined libraries of aluminium profile systems, allowed the efficient design of aluminium joinery and cladding frame components. The implementation of the project contributed to the expansion of the production profile to include the manufacture of aluminium joinery and finished cladding frames (the final product). As a result of the project, 5 new jobs were created. One person was employed in a position related to the valuation and handling of orders sent by the customer, while four jobs are directly related to the aluminium frame production process. The payback period of the investment is estimated at 8 months. The effects of the project will be continuous. We will develop the product and, as the need arises and market requirements grow, modify it in line with current trends. We anticipate a minimum product life of 10 years.
The project was implemented between 01.04.2012 and 31.12.2012.

Pro-health programme for employees of EFFECTOR S.A.
Effector S.A. is implementing the project “Pro-health programme for Effector S.A. employees – EFFECTIVISTS FOR HEALTH”, which is financially supported by the European Social Fund Plus, within the framework of the regional programme European Funds for Świętokrzyskie 2021-2027 Measure 7.1 Support for the health of Świętokrzyskie employees, Priority 7 Healthy and professionally active.
The main objective of this project is to promote preventive healthcare and improve physical and mental wellbeing among employees working at the Effector S.A. plants in Kielce and Włoszczowa
