At Effector S.A. we have been combining modern technologies with concern for quality and the environment for many years. We strive to ensure that our products not only meet customer expectations in terms of aesthetics, durability and functionality, but are also manufactured with respect for natural resources and the world around us.


We believe, that sustainable development is the foundation of modern industry. This is why we have implemented Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System, in accordance with the international ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.

Environmental policy

Our overriding aim is responsible production, minimising the impact on the environment and guaranteeing our customers the highest quality products. Therefore, at Effector S.A., the implementation of the Environmental Policy is based on the Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System, compliant with international standards ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

Such a system allows us to approach environmental protection in a comprehensive manner, encompassing the entirety of our production processes and not just their selected parts.

As part of our environmental policy, we commit to:

  • Reducing the consumption of raw materials and energy. To this end, we continuously improve our processes to reduce the demand for raw materials and optimise energy consumption.
  • Reducing emissions and waste. We monitor emissions and segregate and recycle waste.
  • Pollution prevention. We invest in modern, environmentally friendly technological solutions and control production processes to minimise the impact on air, water and soil.
  • Compliance with regulations. Consequently, we operate in compliance with current legal regulations and national as well as international environmental standards.
  • Raising environmental awareness. We therefore train our employees so that each team member feels responsible for quality and environmental protection.
  • Continuous improvement. We regularly carry out audits and analyses in order to adapt our operations even better to the demands of the market and the environment.

Of course, the above commitments mean that we view environmental impact issues on a macro level, externally, as well as in terms of safety and quality at work and creating awareness among everyone involved in the process and in the life of the company. We also meet the expectations of our partners and customers.

This fully correlates with the Company’s philosophy, which takes into account contemporary environmental trends and the importance of the social, environmental, non-production mission of a friendly company.

Our activities

Effector S.A.’s daily work involves a number of initiatives that support the implementation of our quality and environmental policy. We continually analyse and control our impact on the environment, ensuring that every part of our business complies with the highest environmental standards. We monitor key aspects such as the amount of waste generated, air emissions, water consumption, waste water discharge and industrial noise generated.

Consequently, our processes are subject to constant monitoring for compliance with current environmental regulations. Thanks to the consistent implementation of modern solutions and technologies, we can proudly present Effector S.A. as a company that sets the trend in innovation and a sustainable approach to production. Our company is not only an industry leader, but also an example of responsible management, combining efficiency with care for the planet.

As part of the implementation of our environmental policy, we have implemented a number of improvements at the plant that significantly reduce the negative impact of production processes on the ecosystem. Of particular importance is the introduction of a structured waste management system and modern methods of wastewater treatment.
In recent years, we have implemented a number of key initiatives, the most notable of which include:

  • Reduction of pollutants in wastewater – we have implemented closed circuits that allow the recovery of chemical compounds, thus reducing their entry into wastewater.
  • State-of-the-art wastewater treatment plant – we have commissioned a new sub-treatment plant that effectively reduces emissions of harmful substances.
  • Environmentally friendly surface preparation for coating – we built a new technological substrate preparation line, completely eliminating chromium compounds from the process.
  • Efficient waste management – we have implemented a precise system of selective waste collection, especially of hazardous waste. Each type of waste is sent to appropriate recovery processes, which significantly reduces the amount of waste.

The above actions are proof that Effector S.A. not only meets ecological requirements, but also sets new standards of responsible production.
