Anti-discrimination workshop as part of the “Effectivists for Health” project

At Effector S.A., taking care of comfort and equal opportunities, we have organised anti-discrimination workshops as part of the “Effectivists for Health” project. Participants explored how to recognise and effectively counteract various forms of discrimination – from age and gender to nationality or disability. The aim was to strengthen a culture of mutual respect and build an environment where every employee feels valued and has equal opportunities for development.
